According to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) it is important to celebrate the positives of the day (rather than dwell on the negatives). So here goes:

  • I watched an entire hour of jewellerymaker clearance and didnt order anything
  • I taught Adelaide how to use the mouse on the computer
  • I added Pencoed Primary School PTA to the justgiving by text scheme
  • I moved the washing from upstairs to downstairs
  • I found my lost car keys
  • I organised a babysitter for tomorrow
